Pros

The Rehab work they do for their patients. The Rehab Director.

Cons

Management Team. I don’t think the owner knows what’s going on? His managment team that has been there for such long time and have been good at playing the ok-yes sir-everything is fine game. Turnover - take a look at how much turnover you have had and why? Who has hired these people? I guess they don’t care about there turnover so they really don’t care about you as an employee? If you have done good job there is no recognition or incentive plan for its employees. Your goal will just keep going up the more and more you produce. They really like it when you are making them money but when you are not bring them in any new business you will soon be out the door?

Pros

nothing really, sorry but this company sucks, if anything prove me wrong

Cons

Not a great company, greedy, they hire anyone because they lose a lot of people, the retention rate is so poor, they keep patients their until their insurance runs out, they don't care about the staff or patients at all, the Neuro rehab specialist title is a joke and they treat those NRS like slaves, no appreciation at all from this company, the bad workers are still around when they should be fired and the good workers have a word from management if anything goes wrong

Pros

There is nothing positive to say about working at CNS I worked there for almost two years before finishing school and all I have to say is please keep your loved ones away.

Cons

Management Staff Corporate only sees residents as money signs. Aides are treated like second hand citizens by all levels of management.
