The strategy is clearer than ever and communication and alignment are strong, which gives me confidence in the company achieving its goals in 2023. Culture is top notch. A place where everyone shows up every day inspired to do great work, support each other, and carry out the mission of making a difference in the lives of employees across the globe. The CEO and leadership team are deeply committed to the success of the company and every individual. I've never worked for a company that so genuinely lives its values and supports and recognizes its people the way that Centrical does. So much opportunity to grow.
