      Working at Century Benefits has taught me alot about open communication skills, working hard as a team, and has allowed me to help hundreds of people with problems they face day to day. The job pays well, and has an amazing and friendly staff.

      Cons

      You are on the phones alot, so if you are not a person that can handle that it might be difficult, but learning the ropes is fairly easy.
