      Lots of leads lots of support, great work environment, great management.

      Cons

      Not high enough commissions. They should increase commissions the more volume you sell.

      Lots of bonuses not reported to the IRS

      Cons

      Drinking starts at 3pm (close at 6) and overlooked for the ones that like to do it in the mornings. No upper management skills. Disorganized, meetings only for Sales people, other jobs overlooked.
