I really loved Century Benefits. The managers and sales team really motivate you to do your best. Very fun atmosphere and awesome salary and benefits. I don't think ill find another job quit like this one and would of loved to stay. Best insurance agencyI've ever worked for hands down,

Cons

The downsides is if you don't like being on the phone all the time probably not the right fit for you, but out of all the jobs I've had on the phone this one is at the top.

The staff is very welcoming and understanding.

Cons

All of the leads are acquired by call centers who cold call and transfer beneficiaries to you so a lot of the time, you’ll be speaking to annoyed, confused people who think you’re scamming them.
