Pros

Century Complete offers a lot of opportunity to sell homes fast and turn a quick income. The selling process is relatively easy in both the efforts and knowledge. The “Higher Up” bosses are easy to reach, and quite friendly.

Cons

While the sales are easy to obtain the backlog is immensely time consuming and the compensation does not necessarily match up. For any one sale you would have at another builder or traditional real estate sale, you have to sell roughly 4-5 homes at century to make the same. 4-5 homes can be sold in one week, however. High turnover makes it hard to stay on track and stay motivated. Obnoxious sales goals are set in order to push people out. Sales people are bottom of the bottom.

Pros

Insurance, great for good ol boys.

Cons

This company lacks training, treats employees unfairly, supervisors abuse power over employees, and talk down to them. Management knew certain Employees took two hour lunches daily and come back drunk with no consequences for months.
