Pros

Friendly atmosphere. Great new Peachtree Corner's office. Bottom line- Very relaxed and friendly office feel. Very dedicated to the sales team, customers, and employees. Upper management very eager to train up and promote within the company.

Pros

Easy job as far as selling homes goes. Local offices have good people, but most won't stay long because the head of the company has a low EQ and treats everyone poorly.

Cons

Most workers lack experience due to high turnover rate. It is clear that everyone is disposable and the head of the company is the only person that matters. The culture at the home office is toxic and it permeates down to every other office.

Lots of opportunity, many things changing, fast growing, backed by Century Communities, excellent benefits, wonderful support staff, love the annual involvement with Operation Home Front

Cons

With all change and fast growth comes pain, things are ever changing, sometimes it's hard to keep up, work/life balance is challenging at times, there isn't a whole lot of recognition for a job well done.
