Low-cost home. Simple buying process for first-time home buyers due to the fact that there are no options available to choose from.

Cons

Unethical treatment of employees; retaliatory actions towards employees by the management if opinions are voiced that are contrary to the "company viewpoint". Lowest quality home imaginable, no exaggeration! I would rate the company ZERO stars if possible.

I have not been at Wade Jurney for that long. That said, it's an exciting place to work. This company is growing like crazy and offers loads of opportunities. I haven't met a person yet that I haven't liked. Everyone seems to work well together. And WJH is now part of a publicly traded company.

Cons

Because it's growing so fast, it is a challenge at times to keep up with everything that needs to be done to facilitate that growth..
