We believe our team is well-equipped to manage their day-to-day with the expectations, so we do not micromanage our team unless it's clear that management intervention is necessary. While we provide all the equipment necessary to our teams, it is the employee's responsibility that they have a strong and stable internet connection in order to perform their work successfully.
