Great money, reasonable learning curve, but longer hours

Pros

Predictable sale with good pay - Making good money steadily here is very is once you get the sale down. For me it took a while, but now there is more ongoing training/coaching, so a lot of people seem to have it down very fast now. Lots of cool spiffs/bonuses - There have been a bunch of TVs, PS5s, sound systems, etc. that were won. Straightforward career/growth path - You pretty quickly get moved up to getting even higher commission and more WFH time. I've seen a good amount of people move into management too.

Cons

Longer hours - Definitely a time commitment. There is unlimited PTO, so I look at it as just working like crazy when I am, then completely unplugging when I am off.

Huge income, long hours

Pros

Great Pay, tons of training and support from management, awesome company culture. Nearly half the sales department makes well over 100k/year and actually enjoy work

Cons

Long hours, clients are sometimes a little difficult, sometimes theres alot of work to fit in the day and not enough time to get it all done so you have to stay late or fall behind

Pros

You get complete and thorough training throughout your employment here that is continuous and ongoing regardless of your role. The mentoring is always done in a supportive and positive way. I've never worked for a company that had such high standards for company culture and was so consistent in it's application. It's an incredibly inclusive, diverse, caring and supportive environment that is a true meritocracy. I've never worked in an environment where every single selling point that was made when recruiting me ended up being even better once I worked there. I count my employment here as a blessing every single day and go to work joyful. This role, the people and management here have given me great satisfaction in my work life. It took me a long time to find it and I'm so lucky and grateful I did. They have a generous pay and benefits structure.

Cons

The hours are long but that is to be expected considering the high compensation.
