In the middle of SV near Levi Stadium (Not commuting to SF) Fast pace environment keeps you busy (keeps things interesting), PTO is not combined with sick time Fast company growth
Cons
Company culture is horrible, company is all about metrics and not about the people that help drive the metrics. Some teams seem very close knit, but many are segregated and the sense of "togetherness" Limited capability for growth -- most of the time we are dealing with fire drills/kaizen/ clean up instead of giving proper training or the ability to gain soft skills (taking classes) to boost your skills Systems/processes are outdated -- being in Silicon valley, you would expect better, more current systems and processes. Management is STILL trying to figure it out Very limited company based gatherings, even if you can go, many can barely enjoy themselves due to work deadlines. Will either go briefly for the food or just not go
