      Great product, weak management

      Pros

      Revolutionary product, huge growth, and some great people to work with makes this a good company. Culture in my organization is good.

      Cons

      CEO is old, ideas are outdated, and he favors certain people he has worked with for 15-20 years who aren't any good. He surrounds himself with yes-men, including the executive team, and no idea is a good idea unless he thought of it. He leads a culture of fear, which is reinforced by his lieutenant.

      Good benefits, understand work life balance.

      The CEO Mr. Bishop is very stuffy. Although I have been at this company for almost five year he knows my name he never says hi to me.
