      Pros

      Able to learn so much of product and how the industry work and very rewarding to see how product/services impacts so many lives. To know my services was part of that. Enjoyed the quarterly meeting to see how our efforts where rated.

      Cons

      Some departments where unprofessional didn't work help others as team. At the end of day we are all work for same company and to uplift and succeed as such needs to be exercise this throughout.

      Pros

      A very good product, a very good people - mostly at lower management level. Some old VP and Directors can use new technology and training, these people have no idea where rest of world is heading. They waste a lot of time.

      Cons

      Almost all departments are in disarray, people work a lot in Silos. Promotion are given basis of association and race not basis of capabilities - basic a white boy club at very upper level.
