There is an endless amount of work to do and you can do your primary job and then anything else that interest you as part of your job. Great weekly perks like free snacks and Thursday lunch provided.

Cons

Their yearly review model uses a 40 year old model. Giving exceptional employees an average "bell curve" review and pay raise.
