      Pros

      Your coworkers pay is pretty good, vacation time is good.

      Cons

      If you are not part of the "circle" you will never go anywhere in the company. HR is not willing to help you grow , even if they say they will. The turn over is so high that we can't keep our customers happy. Who wants to have a new customer service rep, sales rep, or inside sales rep every few months? No customers I know. The management picks who they want to help grow and if you are not one of those people forget about making it. The company is losing so many good employees and HR, and management need to open their eyes to the real problem.

      Great Company That is Getting Better and Better...

      Pros

      New CEO's message is terrific. She will lead with integrity, in a Team first manner, and wants everyone pulling in the same direction. She is clarifying our strategy which will reduce non value added work. Company has great people and financials. We are the clear leader in the industries we compete and we're on course for even better results.

      Cons

      Matrix reporting structure has confused decision making and has resulted on too little focus on the Customer.

      No career advancement for senior roles

      Pros

      good salary, healthcare benefits, 401K, and wellness programs.

      Cons

      Unless you are from Newell Rubbermaid or a man - forget being able to get promoted into a senior role. A overwhelming majority of the ELT, VP roles are male and from Newell Rubbermaid.
