Pros

Close to home Other faculty Student Advisors are great Most students are committed to learning Simulation tools

Cons

Micromanagement; cameras to monitor all activity & used in punitive ways Management creates atmosphere of mistrust and low morale; inept Turn over rate is extremely high. No contract. No job security. Most faculty has little or no teaching experience Students treated as customers-inters with ability to teach in a professional manner that encourages critical thinking and self-direction. Teach to a test. Workload overbearing & unrealistic. Pressured to teach outside of scope of practice. Private school. Year round teaching. Must take vacations during student breaks. Low pay for amount of work required. No summers off.

Pros

Nice brand new shiny offices in a convenient location.

Cons

Shady management team that have subpar communication skills. The assistant to the president plays favorites and is truly incompetent and frigid. Her performance is mediocre at best. The new dean of students is a shrill, workaholic that will stab her staff in the back with a phony smile.

Pros

Flex time, you get to work from home 3 days a week.

Cons

No room for advancement. Promotions come from a board that does not know you, never worked with you, don't know in depth what your position does, and it number driven. Company is extremely competitive, and you have to kiss your managers butt to be considered to be sent for a promotion.
