Pros

Lots of pros here - like great team and most of the team cares about the clients and want to do a great job helping them. President very caring about people and community and goes above and beyond to help out. Definitely opportunities to grow and learn outside your disciplined area, just need to speak up. If you have built up a good reputation internally you will be rewarded. Great set of high profile clients. Current employee base is dedicated and fun. Structure is not static, changes for the better happen frequently, company is always trying to improve.

Cons

Same agency challenges as always, nothing different there. Traffic to get in/out can be a drag, again, nothing different there - traffic is bad everywhere.

Pros

The work is interesting; people are nice; clients are nice.

Cons

Don't love the 128 commute, but that's true anywhere around here---commuting to/fro the Boston area is just something we have to accept.

Pros

Great company atmosphere; tue to the agency lifestyle with toys around the office, beer in the fridge, and cubicles decked out with fun decorations and free gear. The company is not super rigid with working hours; some work 730-430, others 830-530, and some even push it to 9/930-6/630 depending on their commute preferences. Everybody puts in extra hours here, so leaving to pick up your daughter from daycare, go to a dentist apt, or even leaving early to get to a Red Sox game in time is never frowned upon or recorded meticulously for make up hours. Everyone is expected to be 'doing their job' without Big Brother over their shoulder. Great company events as well; quarterly they try to do something 'fun' during a work day like volunteer work and a bar, bowling and a bar, sports event, and a bar, etc. (see the theme!). There is a variety of personality types and ages here, which really helps with new learnings and experiences both professionally and personally.

Cons

Waltham is not downtown Boston and public transportation here is not the easiest. Small company, so when someone is PTO we all work together to take on their workload; meaning sometimes, things are stressful. But since everyone takes vacation, it is office karma to help when help is needed. There are rarely 'lazy' or 'slow' days at the office; always something to be done year round!
