Pros

Everyone at CRI is nice and respectful to each other. The offices and location are beautiful. Gym and cafeteria are on premises. The management treats the employees well are and are also respectful to all levels of employees. Compensation and benefits are very competitive.

Cons

The only con I can think of is that the office park location is very busy and traffic to and from I95 can be very heavy during rush hour.

401k Match, employees that care, broad range of clients

Cons

Terrible leadership at the top, false promises, lies to keep people, refusal to adopt a WFH policy. Don't trust anything unless it is in writing, this place will say anything to keep you around and then never follow through on what they say. Always puts the client first and gives away far too much for free, making it nearly impossible to actually achieve their bonus plan.
