Pros

It’s a really dynamic and fun company with an important mission. The company culture values diversity and authenticity which is new to me. The admissions team is all really hard working and supportive. Whenever I have a question someone is there to help. Great compensation and benefits

Cons

It’s a lot of work and can be high stress due to the volume and pressure. There is also frequent change due to it being a start up, which I don’t mind but is something to think about.

Pros

The ability to work remotely is of course a huge plus, but the onboarding training that is provided is incredible. The flexibly hours (for my position, at least) is a huge perk, in addition to the "wellness benefit" that is provided to every full-time employee at their start date. The pay here is better than what I was offered elsewhere, and everyone here is incredibly friendly and hardworking.

Cons

It is not necessarily a con, but you must be competent with technology otherwise you will struggle and likely not last long. It is a start-up company, so expect change to occur often.
