Pros

With Chase Card Services, you are guaranteed 40 hours per week and are fronted vacation hours. This helps if you are looking to plan vacation outside of the training sessions. Working here gives you a great insight into credit services offered at Chase.

Cons

The lack of flexibility and the lack of the ability to grow within the company are just a couple of the pitfalls that Chase possesses. Growth is painted as simple and relatively quick but is rather arduous and time consuming. I know personally several team members aiming to grow but have been in the same position for 5+ years.
