Low pay in exchange for what is sold as a great working environment while interviewing; the real working environment is extremely controlling- advisors aren't allowed keys to the branches they work in (but are trusted with investing client funds), expected to work 6 days a week, required to use personal cel phones to communicate with management and coworkers so nothing is tracked on email. Training is just about product pushing- no concern about the clients overall needs and no consideration professional growth.
