Pros

JPMorgan Chase is a strong brand, recognized all over the world. They have good benefits, especially medical. The culture of the firm is also very positive.

Cons

Being a bank branch financial advisor takes a lot of patience, because you are dealing with "savers" and not "investors". They also push hard for you to sell product. It is a very transactional type role.

Pros

Benefits are pretty solid and branch support can be very good towards your role as a branch partner in the investment category

Cons

Location Location Location, that seems to be the most important part about being an Advisor at Chase. If you are doing well and management would like to make a change in your branch location or add another advisor, you might as well start looking for another place to work as it seems more often then not they are pushing for you to leave at that point.

Pros

A very Stable Job, and a great name to have on resume. They do offer a good benfits package for employee and family.

Cons

They have weird rules on overtime. Too many things are based on how long you have been at Chase. Instead of it being what you know, the culture of the company is who do you know( even more so on the Card Services side of the company). If you really want to use up your vacation time you need to know at the beginning of the year or you are screwed.
