access to the bank clients. Sales Manager not on site. Base pay plus commission. Possible referals from the bank staff. Bi-weekly pay.

Cons

limited on products to offer. Not full discloser on pay out and actual numbers in the branch. No training at all. Back office support is very limited and poor quality.

Excellent integration program for the FA to work in the bank branches. Bankers are well compensated for referring business to the FA.

Cons

No sales assistant for the FA. Paperwork can be very time consuming.
