Pros

Company offers good perks i.e. employee discounts, bank account perks, gym membership deductions from your checks, and good support from your fellow colleagues.

Cons

A little bitter that my job was eliminated because of the company wanting to employ reps from overseas. But that's Chase.

Pros

great pay great benefits great hours the staff was friendly

Cons

Since I worked at the call center, there was constant change. I do realize that change is around us, so I'm fine with change, but many times I was never told ahead of time when I was going to be moved to a new cubicle. I think at the time that I was working for Chase, I felt like the call center environment was dead. There was no motivation. Management would get to work and leave when they could, it seemed.

Pros

Great experience especially for someone in college. Good pay compared to other banks, great incentive system which lets you make your own money.on top of your salary.

Cons

This job can be very repetitive, very easy to get burned out due to the lack of a real challenge
