Great company, great culture, great people

- The employees are brilliant and very friendly - The work is challenging but very interesting; it’s also very unique to have a finance company that heavily stresses bringing ethics to capital markets - Compensation is very competitive, especially for the area. 401k plan is one of the best, and bonuses are quite generous

Cons

- Healthcare is pricey - Flat organizational structure makes advancement path less clear than other companies, but motivated employees progress quickly

Honestly this place wants you to play a game to go on. If the right people don't like you its best you call it quit. Leadership can do no wrong and thats how they see it. They believe they making the world a better place and want you to believe it too. Really they are just working on getting there stock up and if you shake what they think is right they will ghost you out. They are amazing at that.

For the most part, the individual contributors are good people.

Cons

Upper management protects their own. All they have been doing for the past 18 months is fighting over money and shares to make sure they can still line their own pockets. I’ve seen/heard about things that have been done/said to employees that would 100% get your fired from other companies. Zero scope for career progression. (We’re entrepreneurial!) If you enjoy working your tail off, going above and beyond, with absolutely no criteria for advancement or promotion, this is the place for you. Zero workplace diversity, group think. Leadership is all worried about hurting each others feelings and their is a clear lack of decision making. Totally stuck in the past.
