Pros

Casual atmosphere. Casual dress code. Tends to hire smart people who are generally good to work with. Good facilities and events; work-life balance is decent.

Cons

Expectations are unclear as well as measures of success. Merit and potential often ignored in favor of who is friends with who (whic often means bros take priority while female staff are forgotten and unmentored). No structure means years with no clear path to advancement, & management has no accountability.

Pros

Chatham is a great Company to work for, very open and collaborative environment, decent pay and benefits, great talented, smart, and humble people.

Cons

Because the Company is focused on very deep expertise, sometimes the role can be somewhat limited in terms of scope and experience.
