      Great team work, great leader in charge , great technology behind the product , great opportunity for travel ,

      Theres not much. Every work place will over work engineers. This place doesn't. If all depends how you manage your work load. Your outcome depends how much you out in. Compensation could be better. Other jobs pay more but doesn't mean it's not a good place to be.
