      Hybrid work model, mostly from home if you want

      Cons

      There is no real software development work, all just patches on legacy code. Product management is inexistent. You won't code so your skills will deteriorate, making it harder to find a different job. Benefits are awful - salary not competitive and 10bis does not cover even half a meal. Juniors should stay away if they want to learn anything, people that just want a salary with very little work should apply immediately.

      Pros

      The people are awesome to work with and it is structured to enable employees. Management genuinely cares for their employees. They are always looking for areas to improve and to be more progressive. The company is always ahead of the competition to stay in front of cyber security needs which build job security and excitement. Great company to work for.

      Cons

      Check Point could be more organized and simplify some of the sales motions.
