Very Low Salary, maybe 15 - 25% under market. Can feel like very over managed in hourly positions. Does not have the best people in management positions. Very little career growth in the company after 2 - 4 years. Internal training is only good enough for your role and barely expanding out to other roles. It is a whole new company of people every 4 years. The people in management have the largest egos and can make you feel very much less than what you're capable of. some fail to listen altogether The Support and Dev groups basically fight over issues. Coordination has not been resolved by upper executives in years. Company is controlled by Israel and all the money goes to their office/resources. All other offices are treated as satellite offices. Company does not feel like one international company sometimes.

In the long run however, the technology has a lot less bug and much more feature rich (though many customer may take half-baked now vs fully-baked later) - internal processes and tools tend to be complicated.
