      Pros

      Very solid company, it is steady and continued to pay bonuses and improve salary in the COVID.

      Cons

      working in old development process, have some problems to hire experienced developers so there is a large load on every one. Mgmt does not listen and timelines sometimes are disconnected from reality Very low base salary Pay compensation based on 80%

      Pros

      The culture here is great! They invest in their employees and offer great benefits and amazing time off. 401k matching, ESPP, almost 3 weeks PTO every year. So many opportunities for growth. If you do well you can expect promotions or raises. Like with every company, your experience really depends on your managers and I have been lucky to only have amazing managers who supported me and pushed me in my career, even if it meant leaving their team.

      Cons

      Management can be slow to change. Focus is heavy on R&D, not enough on marketing but this seems to be changing slowly

      Pros

      Has most types of security products in its portfolio + encourages internal movement, so endless opportunities. If you want to be a manager, you will be. An international company with HQ in Israel so as an Israeli this puts you right where the action happens (vs other international companies that are present in Israel)

      Cons

      Conservative management (compensation, project approvals) Doesn't do enough "buzz" with employees in Israel which makes you feel a bit maybe "embarrassed" to work at Check Point
