      Solid security products making Check Point leader in the marketplace. Challenging program management and opportunities to excel with partners and customers.

      Cons

      Micromanagement at times. Multiple projects to handle at one time. Working with some internal teams is difficult and can make it challenging to hit targets.

      -The other engineers for the most part are friendly and willing to help you learn, just make sure you come prepared too by doing your own research. - Lunch is provided up to a certain dollar amount, and snacks and coffee are provided in the breakrooms. - Training is pretty in-depth and hands-on but helps to have a good working knowledge of networking prior to applying. - There are pathways to other opportunities if you desire something else later down the line.

      - Low Pay, below industry - Little to No Work-Life Balance - Poor Frontline Management - Need healthier lunch options - Working with the other TACs within the company can be rather frustrating

      working in old development process, have some problems to hire experienced developers so there is a large load on every one. Mgmt does not listen and timelines sometimes are disconnected from reality Very low base salary Pay compensation based on 80%
