management has no idea what they are doing (this includes the director), management tends to over work anyone who shows initiative, the buddy system is how one gets promoted, once in support role leaving support is almost impossible without quitting

Pay is low in relation to competition. Management is scattered as they don't have a true sales hierarchy like most established companies do. No verticals, just now focusing one team on the Enterprise space and territories seem to be put together with no real logic or consistency.
