Good Pay, Good benefits other then the usual things like insurance. You can get certifications and training for free.

Cons

you accrue leave very slowly, zero sick leave, little to no communication from supervisors unless they need something. No corporate support in the area.

The company leaves you alone. You aren't bothered by them, and they don't want to be bothered by you. My direct supervisor is an amazing person, however, and 100% the reason for all 3 of the stars I'm giving this.

Cons

The company leaves you alone. The Cherokees are asleep at the wheel and don't really care about you as an employee. So long as you're earning them money and kudos with the contract holder, they may as well not exist. The pay was also barely adequate, which is wild considering how much money they make from their contracts.
