      Life is hell

      Pros

      The only pros is 6 month appraisal. I u stay 3-4 years then u can become TL.

      Cons

      Here all the reviews are directed by admin the truth is below. 1. Shift timing is 2:30 pm 11:30 pm and most often the manager will call u for project status which leads to miss ur cab and ask u work in night. 2. No time flexibility. 3. Alternate Saturday working. 4. Mostly only 1 developer per team so never think about leave. 5. Only 6 leaves per year + 1EL per month. 6. You can be put any project regardless of technology u know. 7. U have to send ur daily work status to manager and client not before 11:30 so never think to leave early. 8. Notice period is 90 days. 9. They will cut 10% salary every month and promise u to return it back with 13 salary. 10. Cafeteria is bad. I have many more to share but I think 10 reasons are enough to clear any picture.

      It's a joke in the name of company

      Pros

      I only get to know in this company that is six month appraisal is only for girls and flattery people because they get increment of more than 8k in months so i think this company is good for girls.

      Cons

      1. It's a shame for a company that a link of glassdoor is sent to employee by HR to give only good review about the company. 2. Lot's of hidden Policy all those will we reveled when you started working in this company. 3. All the policy are for company benefit, Even they started free meal on saturdays to call all the employee on time for work.

      Good place for making better career in IT field.

      Pros

      Chetu is a growing IT company.Working environment of Chetu is very favorable, good learning environment with latest technologies and multiple domains. Best part of the chetu is that here is opportunity to connect to our client directly and communicate with them.

      Cons

      Alternate working Saturday should be off.
