Chetu is a growing IT company.Working environment of Chetu is very favorable, good learning environment with latest technologies and multiple domains. Best part of the chetu is that here is opportunity to connect to our client directly and communicate with them.

Cons

Alternate working Saturday should be off.

Pros

Its been around two year since i am working with Chetu, its have been really great experience. These are Pros of Chetu 1.Very good environment and workplace and good and helping colleagues. 2. Chance to work on latest technology always. 3. Helpful team members, team leader and project manager. 4. 6 month appraisal policy, training and development sessions. 5. Good carrier growth and onsite opportunity. 6. Play games, learn new technology , singing, dancing live your life to your fullest with working in Chetu

You will get chance to work on new technology.

Cons

I have worked with this company approx 2 years and the work culture and environment is worst. They don't work professionally. If you are leading in scrums call than you cannot take leaves. There most of TLs don't work. All works are done by team member and team members cannot do any thing except to complete TL's work also. And if you complain about TL to management than you'll fire. Most of TLs have less communication skills and technical skills. PMs are not capable to manage Client call, basically that's also manage by the team members.
