      Best place to grow technical skills.

      Pros

      In chetu we have always got a change to work with new technology which is come in it industries. Opportunity to connect to our client directly and communicate with them this is the best pat of the chetu. Hierarchical transparency is there we can talf with our managers easly for any problem technical as well as personal they always help us and give the good suggestion. Chetu also provide onsite opportunity for their employees. Chetu also conduct training session on regular intervals.

      Cons

      Instead of alternate working Saturday, all Saturday should be off.

      Pros

      I have not found any pros other than 6 month apraisal.

      Cons

      Worst company for testing because only 1 tester is alloted for 1 Project Manager and you need to know Manual, Security, Database and automation testing concepts, but mostly Manual Testing is done. Lot of work and, very odd timing hours with .alternate saturday working.

      Pros

      I have not found any pro, though one thing is there that is 6 months appraisal policy.

      Cons

      0 Employee satisfaction, frustration, work pressure in which you will learn how to make fool, nothing else. You will learn to do jugad, not testing in fact which is not going to benefit in future. Don't join this company if you don't want to destroy your career, you can sit at home but don't join this company. For developers there is lot to learn that too for 2-3 years experienced guys but for testers here is nothing. Please don't go towards positive reviews they are just fo making people fool. Rest is your wish,
