      1> opportunity learn new technologies. 2> 6 month appraisal policy 3> friendly environment for work , there are lot of people who ready to help you.

      Cons

      1> night shift make life cumbersome. 2> alternate Saturday on. 3> lots of rumor about policies 4> huge difference between in hand salary and mention salary

      Pros

      If you are a positive minded guy you will definitely get a good growth in your career and package as well. 1) It is a very large, fastest growing and pretty organized multinational company working on multiple domains. 2) Chetu has a very good and employee friendly work culture. 3) Flexibility at work. 4) Admin, Operations, HR and team members are very co-operative. 5) Chetu is providing its employees very good pay scale, bi-annual performance reviews and good appraisals. 6) Employees have very good opportunities learn and improve their career. Certification reimbursement is also provided by the company. 7) Strict discipline followed and has good process as every team member has their part in client communication. 8) Professional, skill development and training sessions are organized frequently for the employees to grow.

      Cons

      1) Some resignation policies are tougher for employees like notice periods etc. 2) Saturday should be off as currently they are following alternate saturday off. 3) Currently company is working on US timings (2:30 PM to 11:30 PM), it should be flexible as per employee preference i.e; if some employees want to work on 10:00 AM shift, they should have option for that.
