      Pros

      Steep learning curve and not easy going at all ! As everyday can't be the same, expect the unexpected. Colleagues cant be more helpful, and a friendly environment overall.

      Cons

      One should know what they are doing, as everything is transparent and would be highlighted, both positive and negative points.

      Excellent exposure on cutting-edge technologies and interactions with the client. Scrum methodology, Six month appraisal policy. In house cafeteria and sports bay.

      Alternate Saturday working but events make fun on working Saturday

      Good work environment. They motivates new talent and give opportunity to learn and work on latest technology. Nice appraisal policy for all employees.

      Cons

      I don't see any Cons as if you want to grow in your career Chetu is good company. Saturdays should be off so that we can give more time to our family.
