      Pros

      I have completed 4 year with chetu. During this period, I have learn and earned a lot from chetu. I have got chance work on many project verticals. Chetu provide opportunities to interact with client during the meeting and it’s really boost the confidence. Work Culture is Very friendly and Motivates new talent and Give Opportunity to learn. If you really have skill and you are hardworking then no one can hide you, there is no space for politics. Hire and fire only depends on your performance. Company gives at least two three chance to employee. 1. Awesome Infrastructure 2. Good Big Clients 4. Open Policy - You can Approach anybody 5. Celebrate all the festivals with good events

      Cons

      All Saturdays should be OFF so that we can give more time to our family or friends. WFH should be allowed.

      I am working in Chetu(I) last 5.2 Years. i am working in Java/J2ee technology . in Chetu work environment is very good. because here every time we get new project to work with new technologies. we can learn a lot. People are supporting nature. every six month we get hike in salary. process wise is very good. on time your review is done by HR. we directly demonstrate to our task/work to client.

      Pros

      I have been working in Chetu since April 2014, in their Java development department. I love this company, the amount on technical knowledge i have gained here is remarkable. I have learned a lot in past 18 months. to summarize what i love about company: 1) 6 months increment policy( yes that happen here) 2) great learning scope 3) supporting hr( any problem you have go to them they would handle) 4) amazing seniors 5) supporting Floor manager 6) knowledgeable Team leads 7) nice work environment.

      Cons

      Only thing that i don't like is that saturday is not off
