Pros

-One of the best companies to work for -Strong emphasis on employee's safety -Ergonomic workstations, with fit breaks and stretch breaks -Very competitive salary/above average -With varying incentives -With discounted gym membership

Cons

-Health card for single dependent is not as good as those who are married (dependents for single employees only enjoy a certain amount) -Challenging to look for another job in another company as they are unable to match your current salary... most of the time. -At some instances, management tend to focus on developing high performers and tend to overlook and find time redeveloping bottom performers

Pros

Excellent and competitive compensation package Defined processes and tools Usually, a lot of positions to post worldwide Structured Pay Determination process Great if you are under one of the Petrotech disciplines

Cons

Very dependent on oil prices, when they are high, a lot of projects and job opportunities. When they are low, a lot of layoffs and optimization initiatives Not much room for creativity sometimes
