Employees are mostly young and very unprofessional. Leads are shown favortism to the upmost degree, even to where your job could be threatened on their call. The CEOs are invisible, they exist but dont acknowledge the people who work for them. Never was even introduced to them while I was employed there. Just saw pictures. If you have a problem, there's no one you can trust to discuss it with. Closed door policy at Chewy.com. If you have an idea to improve productivity, there's no one to express it to. Employees are to be seen not heard. Cliques run the office, nothing but new gossip and rumors everyday. And if you stay to yourself, you become the main target of the gossip and rumors. Leads will talk about other Leads, managers, other CS and RX CSRs in front of others. No privacy and a lot of judgment amongst the ones "in charge".
