      Pros

      Great opportunities for growth within the company and fun incentives offered throughout the year to keep work engaging. Chewy also offers competitive pay

      Cons

      As expected with a growing large scale company demand can be high and things are always changing within specific roles in the company with (at times) little regard to how that may impact team members. Pay also caps in roles but again growth opportunities open more doors

      Pros

      Excellent work environment - great leaders, great offices, the pay and benefits are excellent, and a generous stock grant program. Truly loved my time at this company.

      Cons

      First off - I was unfortunately laid off, so the Chewy is not immune to any of the tech layoffs throughout the industry. Super bummed to leave though, I liked my time here a lot. Second, Chewy was looking to hire exclusively ex-Amazon people, meaning the culture was beginning to change into a mini-Amazon, which is less than ideal.
