Pros

You get to work with smart people. Great pay and benefits.

Cons

No room for advancement. They dont believe in promotion. A whole bunch of new management was hire to manage people who help take the company where it is. Old employees are leaving and 2 or 3 are hired to replace each one. What a pity!

Pros

- Decent pay for working in a call center - Good benefits - Get to work around animals

Cons

- Interviewers are very biased. I was hired, but I watched a lot of people who were also very qualified get rejected. I was lucky to get a nice interviewer, but many of the other recruiters were very harsh to many of the other applicants. - Once I was hired, the trainer was incredibly rude. An employee raised her hand to ask about the late policy and was immediately shut down. She was told that being late was "unacceptable". We attempted to ask what would happen in the case that we were late due to unforeseeable circumstances, she shut us down once more and ignored anymore questions about the subject. - Management is very toxic. They are inexperienced and seem like they are on a constant power trip. - They don't care about your education. We had a trainer tell us that he wished he didn't "waste his time on school" because he makes more working at Chewy than he would with his degree. This made me particularly angry because I watched people drop out of school to solely focus on their jobs at Chewy. While I agree that Chewy may be a great career for many people, they should not have discouraged young students from continuing their education.

Pros

A few colleagues are good and helping. Snacks - perks Pay - good

Cons

They expect you to come at 9 and be there till 8 pm. No initial guidance or any idea about their business - they just leave you to figure out, and expect you to be master within 2 days. Management at time of interview is very good and friendly then you can't find them anywhere for sharing any concerns.
