Pros

Some cool people. Except most of them get fired really quick because the management sees everyone as replaceable.

Cons

The management is extremely discriminatory and inconsiderate. I was told that they did not "give a *dang* about my grandpas death" when I request only 1 day off to attend a funeral. The next week I had a concussion from a car accident and was told to leave early 4 days early even though by the second day I was fine. Then I was told it was unprofessional I was missing so many days even though I was FORCED to leave because they were scared of being liable if my concussion lead to death. To top it all off, management also asked my if I had a disability after hiring me, and I admitted I did. They asked me if I see a doctor to medicate and I said yes. They then suggested I increase my medication... even though none of them are qualified to give medical advice and it is not their business. I was called stupid on many occasions, likely because I am a Latino Jew. All of my friends that got fired were African American. They straight up told me they wanted me to leave because they did not want someone with a disability working there. I asked the manager if they knew what equal opportunity act is... and her jaw dropped because she assumed I was too stupid to know what they were doing is illegal. I am in the process of filing a lawsuit against the company. They also told me that because I admitted to attending a rap concert they can assume I use drugs which is extremely racist. I even said I would submit to a drug test but they told me that because I take prescription medication for a disability they don't want me there anyways. Absolutely disgusting.

Pros

The environment is wonderful very nice scenery. Everyone seems to very friendly everyday. There was always dogs walking around. Free Shirts and Stuff. Training was well directed.

Cons

Lack of communication with management. Very hard to move up in the company. It's kinda like mean girls, everyone is in cliques. Management lacks seeing improvement in employee. Not too much opportunity for growth, personally unless you are friends with everyone.

Pros

Fun environment and great coworkers. Don't scratch the surface though--Stepford Wives vibe.

Cons

There is a lot of favoritism in the customer service department. The Customer Service Department is not led very well. One of the Supervisorscomplained of gestapo-like tactics and high school politics (the Supervisor's words, not mine). A lot of talent has left the company because of this. Don't be fooled by the lip-service paid to how much they care about their employees. They care no more or less so than any other; you're still nothing but a cog. But the illusion is nice, they do make an effort to maintain the illusion.
