      I realize this is a pet company, but stop treating us like dogs!

      Unlimited PTO. Good co-workers.

      I wish I had taken the advice I was given and never came to work at this specific warehouse. Senior management has turned this warehouse into an abysmal place to work. What was once a great place full of fun culture is now just a shadow of what it used to be. The management teams are overworked and treated like dogs by senior management regardless of how well you do on your shift, you better have an explanation as to why your hand-off wasn’t perfect. And even if it is perfect, you need to explain how it could have been better anyways. No work-life balance what-so-ever, expect to be called and texted non-stop on your days off by your senior for something that he could’ve figured out on his own if he wasn’t a crazy micromanager.

      Phoenix needs to stop hiring friends from Amazon. 90% is Amazon management. Break boys club up in blue vest. Employees are great , but senior managers are micromanagers.

      Laundry list: Under appreciated workers Under paid for south Florida Managed by high school drop outs that promote their buddies who party on the weekends together Toxic management on multiple levels Toxic management, call it how it is, they're 14 minute breaks and a 29 minute lunch because they add up a few seconds over the course of the week, they literally spoke with me about be a total for 2 minutes over break time for a WEEK!!! Sumit doesn't give a crap about USA based employees, he just got done outsourcing thousands of jobs overseas for Amazon and Chewy is next.
