1. Good pay 2. Short work Days 3. Great time off 4. Great place to work IF you have a good principal. 5. Rewarding work

Cons

1. Layoffs of good teachers 2. Must reside in Chicago 3. Crazy upper management 4. Turnover of leadership 5. Teachers are pulled in many, many different directions 6. Lots of work due at the last possible minute, making actual teaching very difficult 7. Its not about the kids
