Pros

Cares for employees, their families and the community; fair pay and benefits. For the most part, this was the best job I had

Cons

The biggest problem is the lack of communication. Communication stops at the executive level. It goes up to them and down to them. Most things don't go any farther. So the "worker bees" never really know what is going on, including the impact on their jobs. They find out at the last minute and have to scramble instead of being aware at the beginning and having the ability to prepare. Politics have gotten worse. It is really sad, because David doesn't realize. David and his predecessor Edmundo, really have an open door policy. They take the time to talk to whomever comes by.

Pros

Nothing comes to mind as a pro

Cons

-your position, whatever it is will be underpaid. -If you ask for a raise you will be glasglighted, lied to, manipulated and accused of stuff. You will be told there is no budget (lie) you must work a full year (lie) or other such lies. -The work place is extremely toxic and a witch hunt. There are people that go to work to catch others doing stuff and report it. -There is an ambience of toxic positivity. Complaining is highly discouraged. Reporting comes with retaliation. -You are forced to participate on events or else. -They never ever hire from within. So whatever you apply to you are stuck permanentely there.
