Pros

Positive Mission, Opportunities for Advancement, Higher salaries compared to competitors,

Cons

The company pressures current employees to leave positive reviews. Please take positive reviews with a grain of salt. The work environment is hostile. Upper management is incompetent and does not communicate with employees. A considerable percentage of middle managers are also incompetent. The staff is elitist and the company caters to wealthy patients. The health insurance gets worse every year, as the company grows. There are very few holidays. The company does not care about the wellbeing of employees; employees are expendable.

Pros

Nice co-workers (for the most part), beautiful building/office, interesting work

Cons

There is extremely high turn-over rate. People get fired with absolutely no warning and for no reason. The company is elitist, and will only care about you if you are of importance/ connected in a way that would benefit their publicity. During my time there, I worked hard, constantly asked for feedback (which was all positive) and then was fired without any warning. HR IS TERRIBLE HERE. They are not to be trusted.

Pros

The office is on Park Ave (enough said) and average salaries.

Cons

A list, in no particular order: President is an unbearable salesperson who only respects employees that are upper class, anything below you are nobody and you will be treated as such. He makes it a stressful place to work for no reason and doesn't care about the mental health of his employees- ironically. Yells and belittles staff with no regard for them as humans. Donations must pay for the beautiful Park Ave office because it certainly doesn't go toward helping children in need of metal health services. That said, this not a legitimate non profit and I'm not sure how they market themselves that way- seems dishonest... Etc.
