Pros

Not sure. Some nice people but they are ignored or fired. They like uppity folks who do no real work and treat men and women badly. HR can be

Cons

Executive leadership poisonous: petty, self serving, mean, and blaming of others. The man next to me cried after meetings every week and yelling continued. We worked so hard through emergencies and still were yelled at when it was not our fault. Development turnover very high

Pros

friendly assistant staff, knowledgeable/friendly clinicians - interesting place to work. There were a lot of young people working there which was nice

Cons

The management is extremely disorganized and elite. The president is a NYC socialite so the company really favors rich families and caters to them more than impoverished kids who need help.

Overall Frustrating Experience

Pros

Convenient office location, affordable health benefits, vesting 403b plan, generous PTO, dedicated and friendly co-workers, high-profile organization, monthly staff-appreciation lunches.

Cons

Extremely stressful work environment, high staff turnover, management is untrustworthy and ego-centric. The leader sets the tone for the organizational culture, and as a result everyone is walking on egg shells. The other negative Glassdoor reviews are accurate. The best mental health treatment they offer is only available to the wealthy. If your kid needs help and you're too poor, you are literally told to go elsewhere. Very disappointing and frustrating experience.
