I would give 0 starts if i could. They aren't accredited by the Better Business Bureau I know because I tried to report them. The management team ignores phone calls, text messages, emails for days. They screw with people's paychecks and ignore you when you try to ask them whats going on. The director and supervisor will straight up lie to you in order to keep you off thier case. They lie to clients families as well. And They try to guilt trip their enploys and blame other departments for the mess that they are. I'm trying to save anyone from suffering from their negligence

Work close to home so commute is minimal. There is nothing else positive about this experience. Can't wait to jump off.v

Cons

Terrible senior managers who don't actually want to communicate with employees. While line staff work their butts off, these people fail to come to work often and when they are in they are watching golf on tv, or buying shoes online, or planning their next vacation on line.The HR dept is horrible.The place is top-heavy with incompetent family and friends of the coo.

Managers set up staff for failure. Managers could work with other coworkers against you....you will be singled out... and if you're of african decent you'll always be reported to HR. HR is biased. Worked there for 8 years...no promo
